Portico Home Inspection is a locally owned and operated home inspection company. Whether you are thinking of buying a new home or selling yours, Portico will take the guesswork out of this important transaction. You'll have peace of mind, knowing that an experienced professional home inspector has examined every component of your home, and is looking out for your interests. Inspections are always scheduled as soon as possible, I try to be responsive to the need for a quick turn around.
A thorough, detailed report, well illustrated with clear color photos, will point out any problem areas, and will be available the same day as the inspection. Reports are generated with state of the art inspection software and are uploaded to a secure website where they can be viewed by the client and their agent (with the client's permission). The reports can be printed from the website, and forwarded to a third party. Reports are also available in PDF format. Please take a few minutes to view a sample report on the Attachments page.
The results of the report will help you to make your decision based on an objective observation of the home's condition, and can also serve you in the future by identifying maintenance issues that will need to be monitored to ensure the continuing value and comfort of your home.
My reports use lots of photos, using them to convey any issues quite clearly when I go through the inspection summary with the client and Realtor on site. I strive to make my reports clearly written and easily understandable, avoiding jargon and unfamiliar terms, or at least explaining what the technical terms mean. Of course, I am always available to answer question that may come up after the inspection.
The relationship I have with my clients and how I present my findings to them is one of the most important aspects of my job, and I have received very positive feedback from my customers, they find me calm, friendly, and approachable. My entire career has been based on quality customer service. The remodeling work I have done and continue to do has come entirely through referrals, so satisfied customers are very important.
